I'm Robert Reum, a digital product executive, doctoral researcher on AI and organizations, educator, and principal of The Reum Group. By day I lead enterprise digital strategy, transformation, and innovation as Senior Director of Product Management at Service Corporation International; across every role, I work where disciplined product practice meets evidence and long-term ownership.

I work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and human behavior, where the most consequential variable in any transformation is rarely the technology but the people around it. At Service Corporation International, I lead a team of Product Portfolio Managers responsible for the digital products that support more than 25,000 associates across 2,000+ locations in North America.
Alongside that work, I research how AI reshapes organizational effectiveness and workforce performance at scale, guest lecture at the graduate and doctoral level, and build enduring value through The Reum Group. The through-line is simple: start with a real need, let the solution earn its place, and build transformation that sticks.
